A: Hi there, Thank you for reaching out. A low hum during operation is normal for this ice maker. However, if the noise when pushing out ice seems unusually loud or off-pitched, it may be due to limescale buildup or a clogged filter. We recommend cleaning the water tank filter and deep cleaning the machine regularly with a vinegar and water solution. Emptying the water after each use also helps prevent scale buildup. If the noise persists, please contact us at support@euhomy.com so we can assist you further.

A: Hi there, Thank you for your inquiry. This ice maker is designed for continuous ice production, not for single, on-demand ice making. After startup, the machine will continuously perform a cycle of ice-making, ice-drawing, and ice-making until the ice level sensor detects that the ice bin is full. When the "ICE FULL" indicator light comes on, the machine will automatically stop making ice. After removing the ice cubes, the machine will automatically start again and continue to make ice. When the "ADD WATER" indicator light comes on, the machine will stop working. After adding water, it needs to be restarted. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please feel free to reach out to us at support@euhomy.com. We’re here to help!

A: Hi there, Thank you for your inquiry. Because the ice maker is not a refrigerator, it does not have a heat preservation function. However, if you are not using ice cubes for a long time, we recommend removing them from the ice basket and storing them in the refrigerator.
