I LOVE MY ICE MAKER 🧊
I've bought 3 ice makers and this one so far is the best my favorite. At first I thought I preferred nugget ice ..but I love the bullet ice. I see reviews about mold...but you have to wash it like everything else you may use. I also see the complaining of ice melting too fast in the cup. It depends on the cup you're using. I used my tumbler from BUCCEES and the ice lasts for hours ..6 AM til 9 pm at night...use the same ice for several drinks.

Regarding quick melting & wet ice: The ice maker is not a freezer, so ice will melt faster in warm environments. Please keep the lid closed and transfer ice to a freezer if not using immediately. Regarding slow production: For best results, ensure room temperature is 50°F–105°F and water temperature is 40°F–90°F. Also keep 4 inches of clearance around the unit for ventilation. If your unit seems defective despite proper conditions, please know it's covered by our one-year warranty – we can arrange a free replacement. Malfunctioned within 3 weeks. Sent company a message requesting instruction on how to reset or activate the warranty. They requested the order number, tracking info, proof of purchase, etc… which I provided. It was pretty straightforward from the order info in my target account. But for some reason they were “unable to find proof of my order?” Alas, thankfully Target returned. Will purchase a different brand.

Dear Customer, Thank you for your purchase and for bringing this issue to our attention. We apologize for the mold issue. This typically occurs when moisture remains inside the unit for extended periods. Please follow these steps for a thorough cleaning: Unplug the machine for 2 hours to allow any ice to melt completely. Drain all water from the machine. Add at least 600ml of white vinegar to the water tank. Press and hold the "TIMER/CLEAN" button for 5 seconds to start the self-cleaning cycle. Let it run until complete. Wait 4 hours, then drain all vinegar from the machine. Add clean water to the tank and run the self-cleaning cycle again (repeat 1-2 times if needed). Dry thoroughly with a soft cloth and leave the door open to air dry completely before using again. Important: For future use, clean the machine every 2-3 weeks and keep the door slightly open when not in use to prevent moisture buildup. Got it and it started leaking out the bottom. Upon looking at it further there was a massive dent in the side of the machine. Completely disappointed and will never buy again. Was supposed to be a birthday gift for my husband, so thanks for ruining that!

I love the EUHOMY Bullet Ice Maker I recently purchased! I honestly don't know how I lived without it. It sits perfectly on my countertop without taking up too much space, and it makes ice very fast.
