This thing didn’t even last a year! Worked great until it quit. The water gets cold, but it won’t freeze. I’ve tried troubleshooting but no success. 8 months and going to the garbage.

I like that the unit is not too heavy and it’s easy to place around my countertop and pick it up to empty it over the sink. But I don’t like that I need to empty out the tray so that it can make more Ive every half hour. Which by the way it takes way too long to get enough ice for when I have company at my house.

Don’t be fooled by the photos. This is NOT a unit that will fill to the top. It takes ten minutes to make 8 cubes of ice and those cubes will start melting in the tray while the next 8 cubes are making. I missed the window to return so I empty my 8 cubes into a bowl and put in the freezer every ten minutes.

Dont bother
Stopped working after 2 weeks . I threw the box away after a week because I thought I was going to keep it a while. There’s a fill line inside and I would pour bottled water to the line. Nothing changed with what I did. Then it started sounding like it was making ice but nothing. It now just hold the water. It doesn’t make ice anymore now I’m out $100 with a broken item and no box to return it in 😭😭😭

I purchased this machine and upon opening it, I saw it was broken. I exchanged it the next day for one that wasn't broken. After getting the machine going, I noticed the inside was dirty after one use. It wasn't dirt, there were live bugs in the ice machine.

Bad sensors
Not a good machine. The sensors are faulty and during first few days of use it frequently told me the ice was full when there wa no ice, and that the water was empty when the water was filled to the appropriate level. Had to stop and clean off water drops from sensor each time. Not a good way to start out, I am returning.
