I'm generally OK with it. You definitely have to be around to keep offloading. It reaches a point where it stops if it senses a full bin. I timed it - takes a full 10 minutes to make 8 of large cubes. My strategy is offload to a freezer container every 30 minutes. The ice does stick and has to be shaken up. I would prefer to have it create, say, a pound of ice without any intervention, and keep it frozen. I guess i would need a high dollar machine that took up a lot of space.

Purchased and does not work. Turns on and runs for a few minutes then all the lights start blinking then eventually turns off. Never making a single ice cube. Very frustrating for a brand new machine. Will be returning.

Husband bought it yesterday. It’s been running all night and day. I keep making ice to put in our ice bin in the freezer. Our freezer’s ice maker is broken. It makes ice 10 minutes, not 6. On the 4th cycle, if you don’t rearrange the ice in the basket, the ice is stuck in the middle and the sensor will think the ice is full. But, we are just thankful we have ice again that fast. We are fine with it

Summer is coming and I am one person who cannot live without ice cubes in summer! I have been trying to find an ice maker to put in my kitchen and when I saw the size of this one I was very happy because it doesn't take up too much space, it is very convenient and compact, it allows you to fill it easily, and if you fill it too much, there is a hole at the bottom, just open it to drain the excess, and the buttons are very easy to understand!

Our expensive yet lousy refrigerator can’t make ice cubes anymore and we were told that it’s not an easy or cheap fix. This ice maker is an affordable work around. This works so well. Makes ice quick and is so quiet. And when it runs out it lets you know and then turns off. And we can make 2 gallon bags of ice in about 3 hour.I have been using it every day since it arrived and have absolutely no regrets! Now I have Ziplock bags full of ice in my freezer.

This is the 2nd unit ordered. The first one came with a sensor that didn’t work. The second one is super loud like we can’t even watch tv. Also it takes 12 minutes to make 8 ice cubes and you have to pull out right away or they are melted before the 2nd batch even starts b! Returning

I have 2 refrigerators but every time when I want to make ice, I have to replace the filter, and I also store meat at the freezer so the ice has some other smell....I decided to get a separate ice maker, it looks sleek and modern, fitting in perfectly on my kitchen counter. I bought this for being able to make mixed drinks and have ice, without needing a cooler full of it. I already had a nice big power station so powering this things camping, tailgating, or whatever was not an issue. It made plenty of ice for me and with my amount of use . I had it in the rear cab of my truck and while it was not hot out, it was not cold either. The ice can melt fairly easy but the water recycles and new cubes come out rather quick. It did not leave me wanting for ice one time. I was very pleased with how convenient it is—no more bagged ice or trips to the gas station. It’s perfect for everything from cocktails and iced coffee to smoothies and sodas. Everyone who visits comments on how awesome it is .
