    Junk. Didnt even last a year.

    Incredibly disappointed. The tray snapped off because ice continually gets caught on it and the plastic hook broke off. As far as I can tell there's no way to fix or replace it. $100 wasted

    Not recommended. Noisy, always running, does not produce much ice. Also prone to getting black specks of unknown origin in the water. I'm replacing it although it still works.

    It makes quality ice, but basket is a bit small.

    In a strange way unit reminds me of an easy bake oven when growing up as it's more like a toy you need to play with. The basket will hold over one pound of ice if you play with it and move the ice forward in the ice basket. Unit makes excellent ice, soft and chewable, so for real usable ice it will need to be put into a deep freezer. Would recommend using clean filtered water to help keep unit clean. There's several units that is very similar, which is way somany have the same UL number list on the model number plate. Unit seams to work as described and it is built well. The only disappointment was unit wasn't ship upright with corresponding stickers and labeled fragile.

    Stopped Working Right After the Warranty Ended

    We had this for a couple months and it started making a loud noise any time it made ice. We cleaned it regularly which didn’t make a difference. It then stopped working entirely right after the warranty expired (3 months after the purchase). A total waste of money.

    Made it a whole eight months before it died

    This thing didn’t even last a year! Worked great until it quit. The water gets cold, but it won’t freeze. I’ve tried troubleshooting but no success. 8 months and going to the garbage.

    I like that the unit is not too heavy and it’s easy to place around my countertop and pick it up to empty it over the sink.
