I would definately not waste your money on this product. It lasted me 3 months and then the motor died. For the money you spend on it it should last longer than 3 months.

The ice maker is great. My main complaint is that the ice piles up in the middle/doesn’t fall down into the container and gets stuck. This results in the ice saying it’s “full” when really theres a bunch stuck. It is kinda frustrating because it won’t continue making ice when it says it’s full.

This makes great small ice. It is a little loud, kinda sounds like popcorn popping. The ice does tend to build up in the middle and needs to be moved to keep the machine from thinking it’s full. The ice bucket has small holes for drainage, but only on one side. We have opted to tilt in that direction to aid the drainage. The only other small issue is there is condensation built up on the outside of the ice bucket.
Check measurements before buying!

If you are looking for small cubed ice it appears to be a great machine. But, the ice does not look like the pictures - it is NOT the sonic ice. So disappointed :( I specifically looked for the right ice and read reviews. Apparently they send machines that don't match the description.
