Amazing!
This ice maker has been great for the past two months that I’ve been using it! When compared to the SILION models, it generates a remarkable amount of ice in a significantly shorter amount of time. We had no problems using this machine to get through the intense Texas heat. It generates a lot more ice per cycle than the SILION and operates faultlessly cycle after cycle. I’m happy I didn’t opt for a smaller machine because this one was worth the little extra money. I would be happy to buy this machine once more in the future.

Excellent acquisition for my home bar
This ice maker, which I bought in August 2020, has been a great investment. As long as it’s kept clean and filled with high-quality filtered water, this machine regularly produces the clear ice cubes I like for cocktails. Even when entertaining guests, I’ve never run out of ice because it produces it steadily. Algae can grow in places like the water supply tube over time, but cleaning the machine isn’t too tough. I rinse those areas with clean water after using a tiny squirt bottle filled with warm water and a little bleach. The squirt bottle makes it easier to get to confined spaces, and the mild bleach solution gets rid of algae. The seller was quick to respond when I needed a small replacement part. and went above and beyond in order to offer assistance. All in all, the purchase and experience have been excellent.

Fantastic ice maker
This ice maker has been in good working order for more than three years. Compared to nugget or cylinder-shaped ice from other designs, it produces ice rapidly, has a large capacity, and the cubes last a lot longer. Since it’s from a non-US brand, I was first dubious, but this machine has greatly surpassed my expectations!

Excellent performance
This ice maker has been great since we got it in 2020. It’s simple to use and has proven to be a dependable solution, particularly given how much ice we use in the summer and how poorly our refrigerator ice maker works. A surge led to the LCD’s failure following a string of power outages. As an electronics technician, I contacted support to find out about replacement parts because the unit was no longer covered under warranty. The team was very helpful and responded quickly. I’m sure the machine will be operating like new again after a part or two. It has been well worth the investment.

SUPERB CUSTOMER SUPPORT
This is my review, which I neglected to update in May. I had to deal with the manufacturer when the machine stopped dispense water after the 30-day SIMZLIFE guarantee ended. I bought the machine in 2023. The machine was still not functioning after exchanging emails with their tech support for a week. Without asking me to return the defective machine, the manufacturer took full responsibility and replaced it. A special thanks to Gella and SIMZLIFE for their outstanding customer service!

Enjoy the simple life!
This tiny device is incredibly powerful! The ice it produces is always the same. At our house, we call it the "Simzlife" in jest, and it has become almost like a member of the family! I adore how much water it can hold and how it can produce a lot of ice at once. The ice cubes are tiny, just like the ones I grew up eating at burger joints. They’re the next best thing, but they’re not pellets. We are ecstatic about this machine. When the ice drops, it can be a little shocking, but we’re getting used to it. Go Youhomey! This ice maker has surpassed our expectations.

The SIMZLIFE Countertop Ice Maker Machine (40lbs/24H, Auto Self-Cleaning) is what I bought after testing out a few different brands and evaluating friends’ models. Smaller bullet ice makers didn’t work well for me because the ice melted quickly, but this one has been excellent. Benefits: Makes clear cubes that melt slowly (I use bottled water). has a cube thickness adjustment feature (I like the thickest setting). The self-cleaning function is a big plus. Drawbacks: It weighs about 40 lbs. Given that it is currently situated underneath, the drainage system might be more practical. Excellent customer service has been provided. They promptly sent me a replacement drainage stopper when the first one broke after six months. Additionally, the newer model features a redesigned drainage port that may facilitate draining. I would absolutely buy this machine once more. I also advise obtaining an extended guarantee for comfort!

Excellent ice
I bought this Igloo ice maker after trying two others that broke down within months, and it’s been a completely different experience. Even though the cubes have a tendency to stick together when they fall into the tray, the machine still functions well and they are simple to separate. When I use bottled water, the ice is incredibly solid and clear. The tray fills in one to two hours, and a good amount of ice is produced. As the tray fills up, I like to watch it operate and separate the cubes.

I adore this device.

Good ice so far. The documentation for Auto Clean is the worst ever.
Although the advertised Auto-Clean feature isn’t explained in the instructions and isn’t very user-friendly, the ice quality is excellent thus far. Although it’s unclear what exactly happens, there are rumors that turning the unit off and holding down the TIMER button for five seconds starts a cleaning process.

Ice that is clear
I’ve always wanted to make clear ice, like the kind you get at bars and coffee shops, and we’ve had this ice maker for about three weeks. This one was highly recommended after reading some reviews of countertop ice makers on YouTube. We returned the bullet ice maker we had originally purchased from Costco because we weren’t satisfied with it and received this one instead. It has fulfilled our expectations thus far! If anything changes, I’ll let you know.

A ton of ice
I bought this for my daughter last year, and she keeps it running 24/7. I got one for my RV, and it produces an impressive amount of ice daily. I also like that you can select the cube size. The cubes are square, not tubular, which is a nice feature.
