I liked the quality of the ice it made but seriously it’s so loud and stopped working after 2 months. It making a loud whistling sound. I wish I could return it and give it zero stars.

Great ice machine at a great price!
I’ve only had this machine for a week but it works great. It makes ice quickly. Love how easy it is to use. I hope the cleaning is as simple. The shape and texture of the ice is perfect! Only problem I’m having is that the window sweats. But, I’m in Hawaii and we’re having a pretty hot summer so I can’t say it’s the machines fault. I store the scoop in a dish instead of in the machine so my kiddos and their germs don’t get all over the ice.

I've only had for a few day. But so far I really like it. It makes ice really fast and it's very easy to use. I really like how the melted ice water goes back down to the water tank. I haven't used the self clean cycle yet but the directions make sound easy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product comes in handy since I don’t have a fridge that makes ice. My reason for 4/5 stars is I do wish that this machine would act as a freezer as well. It makes great cubed ice, but you have to transfer it to the freeEr once done which isn’t the most convenient. Other than that though, this is an easy to use machine and I enjoy the ice for my summer drinks!.

Horrible Design, Barely an Ice Maker do not purchase!
Do not be swayed by all the incentivized reviews. I have had two Frigidaire ice makers, the model above this however neither lasted more than 2 years. I wanted to try another ice maker that wasn’t insanely priced and assumed this was an improved model from the similar but larger one I had previously. The ice maker melts the ice as soon as it’s made. The catch basin is small so it gets full before a batch of ice is made. This was not my experience with either similar model before- larger catch basin and the water was reused plus the ice didn’t melt fast. Calling this an ice maker is a lose term. In addition there’s no way to physically clean this unit. My last one was able to be cleaned much easier outside of just hitting a button. Ice makers are notorious for mold growth. They need to be hand cleaned. There’s also no way to dump the melted water out without picking up the large machine. Faulty faulty fault design. $30 ice makers are better at their job and better designed than this. DO NOT PURCHASE unless you want to waste your money.

Very easy to set up. I would highly recommend running a full cycle through before consuming the ice. Makes ice within 20 mins of turning it on. The only con is that you have to store the ice somewhere else if you are not able to consume 44lbs of ice in a day.

Not a mini ice freezer—but makes good ice
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The nugget ice make machine is compact and can fit right on the counter. It’s simple to set up. When I turned it on for the first time, the nugget came out slushy but as it ran for awhile the nuggets began to be more solid. It took about two hours to turn the entire water drawer into nuggets. Note that this ice make is not a mini freezer or storage bucket. You have to move the ice to a freezer unless it is being used right away. If you are looking for an ice maker that makes and stores ice, this is not the machine for you. If you are looking for an ice maker to make ice for a party, immediate use, or to store in the freezer, this ice maker will work.

If you’re a fan of nugget ice like from sonic then I recommend this one 😊 However one downside would be the size, I don’t think it would work for a family of 5 or more. Just based on the size and the lbs of ice it creates. Overall I give it a 7/10 it’s great for ice coffees and drinks!

First off, I love the black aesthetic, it fits in with all my other black appliances and looks sleek and modern. The machine is heavy and feels really durable and of great quality, not some cheap plastic thing that you would expect for the economical price.The size isn’t too overwhelming and it actually holds a ton of ice. It only runs when making the ice so it’s very energy efficient for us watching our summer electricity bill. With summer in full swing this ice maker is an absolute essential for me, from filling the kids water bottles to making my evening summer cocktails, there is nothing better than this crunchy and delicious ice!
