So far, so good!
Love the lights and the connection to the app! but we got used to the noise. Ice speed is great! I think it holds a good amount of ice and I love the hook for the scooper!

Love this machine!
I used to buy bags of nugget ice every other day. The different color lights make it easy to know what it needs, it constantly recycles the water so you never run out of ice. Best of all, the ice comes out nice and chewy!

Bought for post surgery, use it for cold drinks
Purchased this to have ice on hand constantly for my wife post foot surgery. the ice was a good size to fill med ice bags. I now use it when we have people over to the house I have constant ice when I need it in no time. Easy to clean, simple to use.

Reasonably priced & reliable
I have iron deficiency anemia so a common symptom is a desire to eat ice I would frequently spend a fair amount of money on bags of ice from the grocery store or gas station. *It's important to note that the ice nuggets are like an eighth of a traditional ice cube size. *So if you are looking for a larger cube this would not be the best option. It IS a bit loud but that doesn't bother me personally. There is no leakage, and I have been using it constantly since I purchased it & it's been very reliable. I feel it's a better quality ice maker than several other more expensive kinds I've invested in over the years.

The best for ice to crunch on
I got the nugget version I buy the Chick fil A ice all the time so I was expecting ice like that. It does have a different texture so it took me a minute to get used to it. It's soft but crunchy. The taste is great. I do have to refill the water twice a day but it holds the ice for awhile so I seem to always have ice available. and I can still control it from the app. The lights are a very elegant feature too. It's a very simple set up

Nugget ice quick!
Bought this as a replacement to our old version that stopped working. The best nugget ice and it makes ice very quick! If you don't use the ice, it conveniently melts into the water reserve and remakes ice. Overall the unit is quiet and looks great and sleek!

Wish it lasted longer
After that it started to leak from the bottom. Machine was cleaned once a month and was well taken care of. I wish it would have lasted longer.

Call it the 'Ice Homey'
The quality of ice and the capacity is perfect for our 2 3 person family. It does take up space on the counter, you might want to measure how much space you have and order accordingly. It's very sleek Easy to use. It can be a little noisy, but don't let that be a deterrent.

Better than expected.
I bought this pellet ice maker because my freezer's ice maker was beginning to fail. I had some concerns that the pellet ice wouldn't hold up as well as the ice cubes from my freezer. I was pleasantly surprised that the pellet ice held up better than the cubes in my iced coffee and Thermos water jug. The ice in the water jug lasts over twelve hours. I turn the ice maker on when I make my first coffee, it has a usable amount of ice within an hour. The ice bin fills within two hours. I leave it on,

When the water gets low the light changes color and it shuts down until you add more water. This has been the perfect machine for me.
