A: Hi there, Thank you for your question. Here is the answer. How to Perform the Self-Cleaning Cycle Your ice maker has a built-in Automatic Self-Cleaning Program. Here is the simple process as outlined in the manual: 1.Plug in the unit. 2.Press and hold the Power button for at least 5 seconds. This will activate the self-cleaning program. 3.The cycle will run for 30 minutes. During this time, the "Ice Full" and "Add Water" indicators will flash alternately. 4.Once the cycle is complete, you must drain the water from the inner tank through the drainage outlet at the bottom front of the machine. Do You Need to Purchase a Cleaner? No, you do not need to purchase a special cleaner for the self-cleaning cycle. The automatic cycle uses only fresh water to flush the system. A: Hello friend, we're happy to resolve your inquiry. Because the ice maker is not a refrigerator, it does not have a heat preservation function. However, if you are not using ice cubes for a long time, we recommend removing them from the ice basket and storing them in the refrigerator. Not self cleaning. Slower than ither machines out there
Not as pictured or described. Unit does not have a self cleaning function and it takes 10 min to make 9 cubes. Bought this one because the description said self cleaning. It’s not. Will return.

I didn't receive my order
My item said it was delivered but I didn't receive it somebody must have stolen it in Target won't do nothing about it and told me to find a police report or disputed with my credit union I'm disappointed and I've been a loyal Target customer for many many years

This is so simple to use! Plug it in and put water to the full line -done- easy peasy! Very happy with this ice maker. It produces about 6 cups of ice at a time (I could be off on this) but the amount of time it takes to make this ice is seriously impressive!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

This things make a lot of ice!
My family has five kids and two sons, and the ice compartment in our fridge is often too small. We bought this ice maker because it’s cost-effective.
