i tried a lLOT of shampoo and conditioner since i have long, thick, curly damaged hair due to coloring often and using heat tools and the result was my hair lost protein..i had to look for other brand that makes my hair nourished, moisturized and get rid of the damage..until i found this Nexxus keraphix..at first i was hesistant because of some reviews that i read specially the scent..but still i decided to try it thinking that i have nothing to lose since my hair is already damaged..the first time i used it, i don’t like the scent of it but while rinsing my hair, for some reason, the scent changed and it smells good, and the texture of my hair feels like it’s nourished..i was thinking that since i used the conditioner and it’s still wet that’s why..until i dried my hair, i was so amazed and happy because this conditioner really works just for first time use..my hair got soft, it feels healthy and well nourished even if i used heat tools for drying and straightening my hair..i am not exaggerating my reviiew, but based on my experience for Nexxus keraphix, i HIGHLY RECOMMEND Nexxus keraphix specially for chemically treated hair..it really works for real and not just for advertisement promotion for us to buy this product..i’ve been using Nexxus keraphix for half a year now and will never go for any different product..it’s a little bit pricey that other hair products but it’s really worth it..

I wanted to love this because I love the color care line but this one is no good. The smell is so strong like bad perfume that I couldn't sleep because I kept smelling it on my hair. It also left my hair sticky and greasy which took a few shampoos with another product to get out completely.

This is terrible conditioner. It has dimethecone, which should reduce frizz, but it makes my hair frizzier than ever. I usually wash hair every 4th day. With this it looks super greasy by the end of day 2. And the smell! It smells like the gross aftershave that was in my grandmother's guest bathroom in the 80s. And the smell doesn't go away, even after washing and conditioning with a different conditioner.

My hair has just been really damaged lately and I have been desperately looking for something to make a difference. I've been a loyal customer to the Matrix line for decades. However when they first changed the Biolage hydrosource formula, I really was not a fan anymore. I kept using Matrix because they also had a product called Keratindose that worked really well for me... But they discontinued it and my hair has been struggling ever since. I come at this with a slight bias because I have tried many Nexxus products before and not liked any of them. I particularly dislike the ever-popular Humectress line, so I arrived at the Keraphix line with low expectations but desperation nonetheless. This is THE BEST thing that has ever touched my hair. I am now a convert and a believer. I could literally tell the difference in one use. It's moisturized. It's not falling out all over the sink. It's soft. It's a game changer for me.

This is the most amazing conditioner I’ve ever used. I previously used hello hydration conditioner but my hair was dry again by day 2. I know that’s not necessarily the conditioner’s fault when I have split ends, and go out in windy/smoggy conditions, but after 1 use of this- my hair has felt smooth, soft, slick and not greasy for days. This is extremely expensive, but I’m thinking I don’t need to use much after the first application. Maybe do a full head of conditioner every 1-2 weeks. I’m a customer for life… especially with my heavy thick straight hair!

I've been using this product only for 2weeks but I can see/feel the different. My hair feels softer and lighter to the touch and smells so good. Some other product makes my hair looks greasy ( I don't use it on the roots). I would definitely recommend!

Leaves my hair silky and shiny, I was using Maui moisture for the longest time and started to hate how “squeaky” clean it made my hair feel, almost to the point of being dry/coarse. I switched to nexxus and after 1 use there was a noticeable difference in not only shine but texture of my hair. My hair is naturally very thick and blonde. Both side pics were air dried, the second pic and pic from behind is after only 1 use of this product!

This whole line is great for relaxed hair. My hair has been feeling so brittle and looked staticky. I purchased the shampoo, conditioner and packet deep conditioner. After just one use, my hair felt and looked markedly better. I’ve never used it while natural so I can’t speak to that.

I absolutely love the Keraphix set. It softens and rebuilds hair, making it shine without the silicone. Definitely recommend for blondes and those who have damaged hair. One thing I will say, don’t put the conditioner on your roots, and get a clarifying shampoo as well. It can tend to get a little oily looking, so I use the nexus purple shampoo about once a week to balance each other out.

Nasty smell, like leather conditioner for car seats. Must rinse out for a long time when compared to other conditioners. If you don't, your hair will feel greasy and crunchy, as described by other reviewers.
