This conditioner is DANGEROUS! Leaves a thick layer of oil in the tub that does NOT rinse off with water alone. Scrubbing and dish soap is all that will make the tub safe again for children, the elderly, the disabled, or anyone really. Please do NOT use this. I love the Nexxus brand most of the time but this stuff is a no go in my house. Threw the bottle away.

This shampoo is very drying. I feel it’s very “stripping” and makes cuticle more prone to frizz unlike what it’s meant to do. Also, it made my hair feel like hay. I have baby fine wavy hair. I did not like the smell at all. It actually smells metallic or like chemical and not in a good way. I would never buy this product again. NEXXUS, you could have done much better on a “SMOOTHING” shampoo. Shame shame. Would NOT record anyone

I love nexus purple conditioner! But this is a no. I usually shower at night during winter months and when I wake up in the morning my hair feels greasy. I don’t notice any change in my thin fine frizzy hair.

I actually hate this shampoo and conditioner. It’s more expensive than my usual D*ve brand. I gave it a good college try for almost a month- but my hair felt super dry and it had no slip. No slip on my long hair meant I was shedding more than usual. Disappointed and going back to D*ve.

I really hoped to love this shampoo and conditioner combo. I have very fine hair that is wavy and prone to frizz. It does help reduce the frizz when it is humid, but it also takes all of the volume out of my already limp hair. It may be better for people with thicker hair.

This shampoo does just that. It does not damage the hair further, provides moisture and cleanse the scalp. The way my hair smells after the wash is the cherry on top.
