It heats quickly and is easy to turn on and adjust the temperature settings. I really like that the clamp isn’t a strong metal - I’m not sure what material it is, but it’s smooth and doesn’t catch on my hair. The iron curls my hair well and is easy to use. I like that it comes with a glove for newbies like me who definitely need that. It’s also nice because the temperature dials twist with the handle itself, so it isn’t really easy to accidently change the temperature like other hair tools I have. There’s a bit of a learning curve to making the curls themselves for me since I’ve never done it before and usually rely on someone else when I want my hair curled, but I bet this is really easy to use for someone who knows what they’re doing. Once I get the hang of it I’m sure my curls will come out looking a lot better but these are 1000% user error and not because of the curling iron itself! I have naturally curly hair that I straighten often but like to put some small curls into it. This curling iron had a nice tight grip on my hair and did not loosen. It heated up quite well and came with a small glove to avoid the possibility of getting burnt. The curls stayed for the whole day! The only downside for me is I usually like a larger barrel and not such tight curls, however, I highly recommend this curling iron. It worked perfectly! I received an incentive to write this review.

It curled my long thick hair very well on the 2nd highest temp setting. I like how there are so many different temps to pick from. It heats up quickly too which is nice. My hair held the curl well. So I have never used this type of curling iron so I was excited to try. I normally use a curling wand. This comes with a heat glove which a beginner like me needs! I put this on the highest heat setting as my straight hair can be hard to curl and away I went. This did an amazing job curling my hair even if the hairstylist (me) was holding the curling iron upside down! This did a great job, it heats up super quick and has a 60 minute auto shut off which is mandatory for me when it comes to any heated styling tool. I received an incentive to write this review.
