A: Our long handles on the frying pan and sauté pan are designed to be comfortable to hold and designed to stay cool when used on the stovetop. However, the short side handles on the stock pot and longer cooking times can lead to the handles getting warm, and all handles will be hot when used in the oven. A: Ninja 12pc Ceramic Extended Life Cookware Pans can be hand-washed or cleaned in the dishwasher once cooled. While our pans are dishwasher safe, ceramic cookware is easy to wash in warm, soapy water. Melamine sponges can be used to help remove stubborn spots. CLEANING & CARE Allow cookware to cool completely before washing. Never immerse a hot pan in cold water, as this may lead to irreparable warping. Always clean cookware thoroughly after use, as grease buildup over time can lead to food sticking. If you notice grease or discoloring on the stainless steel handles or stainless steel induction base, clean thoroughly with baking soda and white vinegar, then wipe with a sponge or soft cloth. DISHWASHER Use automatic dishwashing detergent without bleach or citrus additives. Prolonged, regular dishwashing may eventually mark or discolor your cookware. If regularly washed in the dishwasher, some darkening of the exterior of the base may occur—this is normal and will not affect cooking performance. HAND-WASHING Use mild liquid dish soap. Abrasive pads and sponges should only be used if they are approved for use on nonstick cookware. DO NOT use abrasive cleaners or cleaning pads not rated for nonstick cookware, as they can damage cookware.

These are decent. I’ve had them for about 7 months and they are still non stick. The lids and handles do get hot, and they have started chipping around the top of the pans, otherwise no scratching or other issues. I think they’re just fine. I probably wouldn’t buy them again, but I do feel like they’ll last me a good couple of years.

Loved these when u first got them but they aren’t as non stick as they advertise. I may be contacting for warranty or seeing if there’s a way to still return them. Some of the pans I use less still seem non stick but I don’t cook heavily and the larger pans I use the most often have already lost their ability to not stick after only a few months it seems. Also the outer grey coating on the pan scratches extremely easily. My pans already look well used on the outside and I don’t use them that often. Any minor bump or scrape on something will scratch the outer coating. Not sure if that’s normal or if mine are defective but it’s disappointing after paying so much for them.

I've owned the Ninja Ceramic Nonstick Pan for 6 months, and unfortunately, I'm quite disappointed. Initially it worked great working perfectly. However over time, the nonstick surface has deteriorated significantly. 6 months of use and everything sticks to the pan, making cooking and cleaning a hassle. For the price, I expected better longevity and performance. I would not recommend this product. See photo attempting to flip a chicken breast.

Only 7 months in, one of the pans has a brown stain at the bottom and won’t come off. We’ve tried scrubbing and it refuses to come off. For this price, I suggest looking for another brand.
