Unfortunately the package was misplaced and target is not taking responsibility and it’s being a big problem trying to solve this situation.

Not a ton of specific games for it et but it did get my kids back into playing a bunch of their other games. According to them it makes Animal Crossing load times less terrible.

Delivered in a target box, when I opened it the switch box was completely shredded and the pieces were all over the box. Touch screen was not protected and exposed to any sort of shake damage to the screen. Not worth $500 if I can’t even open it myself.

The Switch 2 is an upgrade over the original Switch in almost every way. Bigger screen, more powerful, sleeker. The magnetic Joy-Cons are easy to attach and detach. It’s not a revolutionary console, as it’s truly just a premium, more advanced version of the original. A lot of fans wanted this to be cheaper, but given current market conditions in the United States, this is still very good value at $450 for the base console and $500 for the Mario Kart bundle. Given PlayStation and X-Box just hiked up the price of their consoles, this is truly the best value console available.

Nintendo Switch has been a good upgrade for my home entertainment. Mario Kart World that came with the console has been an excellent entry game for my 5 year old who just started learning how to control game.

Target lost me as a customer, They denied to give me a refund for a order I paid over a 1000 dollars for. I was given the wrong item. an item that Target doesn't sell.I am utterly shocked that a big corporation like this are thieves. Now my daughter won't be getting her Christmas present this year and put me into debt on my credit for items I didn't receive. Never order delivery at Target. instead of making things right they will give you the run around to flat out tell you that you won't get the correct items or refunded. I've been a loyal customer for years and I am very unsatisfied and disappointed in the services I experienced. I will never step foot in your store again.

The console feels great. It's very smooth the size is way better than the switch 1. Faster download speeds, easy transition from your old switch to the switch 2. No reason to sell your old switch. The grip is ok. The screen is big. You can not use the old Switch 1 AC adapter. Mario Kart World is Fun feels good and its smooth. Plays other games really good as well for example Scarlet and Violet.

I revieved a clearly damaged and used switch which i returned in store but purchased online but it came from Farmington Mass location. I bought it as a gift and was extremely shocked and disapointed. How can you sell a 500 item as new when it was clearly a return, its abismal. All I got in was a offer of a 10-20 gift card and was hung up on by a lady named Samantha in customer serivce while i was talking. This is crazy horrible customer service.

DONT ORDER FROM TARGET IF YOUR PACKAGE GETS STOLEN THEY WONT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT! THEY SAID IT WOULD BE DELIVERED 15th or 16th IT GOT DELIVERED ON THE 13th at 10am I WAS AT WORK! AND NOW THEY SAID THEY CANT DO ANYTHING! DO NOT BUY EXPENSIVE ELECTRONICS FROM TARGET

Ya know, I swear all the negative reviews and people online are just mad because of the price because I was reluctant to even buy one because of everyone online trashing on it but it's an amazing console. I immediately noticed a HUGE difference in resolution and quality, it made me enjoy playing the games again that I dropped a while back. I'm really glad I decided to go on a whim and upgrade tbh everyone online was just trolling and broke I assume.

This is an awesome console. I got this switch and was pleased with it. The most pleasing games is Mario kart world. This switch is definitely with it. It has a bigger screen and magnetic controllers that are cool. Pros: Screen size Games Magnetic controllers attachments Camera *sold separately* Cons: Battery life

Brand new - device does not charge so we have to ship back to the manufacturer and wait two weeks and hope that they don’t accuse us of breaking it and possibly get a refurbished one. Not super happy.

Dock was DOA and Nintendo wanted to give me the run around for 3 weeks to send it in

Do not do delivery. I ordered the switch to be delivered. It was sent by a neighboring city's target. Well, it was delivered back to that target with proof that it was received/signed for by an employee there. I was able to confirm it was an employee working at that time but they claim they didn't receive it. I called customer service explaining the situation and the person who is hard to understand due to being from India, was telling me that it shows delivered to my city and I kept telling her that it is showing on FEDEX website that it was delivered to the target address and signed for by an employee there. She wouldn't listen to me and kept asking me to ask my neighbors if they received the package. I was told that they have to do an investigation which can take 3-5 business days. So I am out $500+ with no nintendo switch having to wait to see what they say. Horrible customer service.

I ordered it and as soon as it arrived it downloaded quickly and ran very smoothly Also if you are looking for a console that runs Fortnite well this can run 120 fps and 120hz and 4k when docked to a tv

I ordered my Nintendo Switch 2 online through Target website and had it delivered in two days with no problem.

Don’t order on the target app! It will ship to a different address than the address you enter in!
