The delivery person placed my package in a public area and never attempted to contact me and pictures clearly show it. Target will write a letter and decide if I can replace or receive a credit. It’s a gift on someone list. So dissatisfied!

The nintendo switch 2 is a great console and mostly a great upgrade from my switch OLED model. Its been my travel buddy to Mexico,japan,ect and love it. i also got the pro controller and the camera to go along with it and its a amazing set up would say get it if you like portable gaming or you want a console to share with people.

My kids don't use it anymore. After spending months trying to get my hands on this console, I finally grabbed two. My boys are 7 and 8 years old. At first, Switch 2 was a big hit; the boys played it often and were excited to have it. That didn't last long. After about 6 weeks, they had both lost interest. My son complained that he couldn't go to YouTube (like the older version). My kids have gone back to their PS5 and iPad.

Hello target customers, so I purchased this product on 08/12/25. Was shown as delivered on 08/14/25. And actually received it on 09/14/25. Upon receiving it the product was defective and caused injuries to my left and right palms. Reached out to customer service and they still haven't done anything to resolve the issue at hand. So I would say don't waste your time purchasing expensive items from target because they won't help you when something isn't how you expected.

I am sure the Nintendo Switch 2 console is fantastic. Unfortunately, Target chose to ship me 2 boxes of Wheat Thins, 2 packages of Fuji film, eye liner, and sports bras instead of the 2 Nintendo Switch 2s that were supposed to be delivered to my home. Target is refusing to engage in any sort of return - we are out over $1,000 and have 2 extremely disappointed kids. Only order this from Target if you want to lose a lot of $.

The switch 2 is great follow up to the switch. it feels very quality and well built. Mario kart is fun and unique. screen looks great. only complaint is wish there was one or two more games at launch but I don't mind. 8.5/10

My sister ordered this for same day delivery. Box was delivered through Target owned delivery service "Shipt" EMPTY, except for the HDMI cord and Joy Con covers. Immediately brought to store/guest relations (should be renamed employee protection department) attention. Within a few hours the complaint was "resolved" saying the delivery driver said "the box felt heavy" and no further actions would be taken. Target will not hold up their policy on items not delivered, or do basically anything in the customer's interest. Now the customer is left with a $500 charge for a flawed Target system. On top of that, they are blocking my sister's reviews. Pretty pathetic for a company that I thought very highly of!

ordered same day delivery. This is what came from my shipt shopper. No console, no digital download, no joycons. Emptied. I contacted the store, and guest relations. They will not refund my order and have started ignoring me. I have filed a police report and will be disputing the charge. Completely unacceptable. And for the lack of seriousness this company has taken trying to resolve this issue is absolutely appalling. Target is robbing their customers and not caring in the slightest.

This “new” item was returned and used by another person. We purchased this for our daughter as a birthday present back in July her birthday is October. We kept it up hidden and wrapped. When we finally gave it to her and opened it up there was a major deep scratch in the screen, and 2 accounts were already loaded onto the switch account therefore this was a returned item sold as brand new. Target is by law not allowed to sell refurbished electronics as “new” without clearly stating it is refurbished. Would not recommend buying any sort of electronics.

I ordered my package on the same day and had it delivered to my house on the Target website. Unfortunately, the delivery driver failed to deliver my package and instead left nothing. I demand that this issue be resolved immediately.

Terrible condition it was all scratched and no eligible for return when the policy says 90 days return
