Decent value
Save $20 by getting the bundle. The switch 2 feels sturdier than the original switch. It’s larger, and I recommend getting a grip for it. This gets 4 stars because even though the screen supports a much faster refresh rate, there’s some noticeable ghosting (I guess Nintendo had to cheap out somewhere). But otherwise it’s not the biggest deal. I like the system and it has some decent games so far. Oh yeah, your old micro sd card from your old switch will not work in the new one. You need a micro sd “express” card, which is much more expensive than the older ones. The switch 2 does come with 256gb though.

This doesn't even deserve a one-star review! Our item was never delivered it was reported to Target customer service as soon as we waited the correct amount of time, b.c it said delayed. I called Target Customer Service multiple times they advised that FedEx said it was delivered. I then called FedEx and FedEx told me to go back to Target and let them know that it was never delivered and that Target needed to open a case. Target also has not provided any photo proof that this was delivered on our doorstep. We still at this point do not have our item and no one with either Target or FedEx are being helpful yet we are still having to pay Target for something that was never delivered which is over $500. A police report has been filed.

Console is great. But the extras promised? Well. You won’t get them and target doesn’t know how to fix this. Extra pokèballs? No. Extra characters? No. Redemption code- definitely no. Customer service? No. Redirected to Nintendo after hemorrhaging money. First customer service person sent me to 2 more, and no one could explain why I never received a code. I was redirected to Nintendo to get what I had paid target for.

Rating this one star to see if target even cares. Ontrac is AWFUL. They routed my package to an entirely different state for no reason, won't give me any support or guarantees that the package is actually on its way here. This is ridiculous. I've been through five agents, and I KNOW any other courier would've gotten it here faster. Customer service, if you read this, DO NOT USE ONTRAC. Scummy company that does not care about your customers, and it makes YOU look bad.

you bungled the pre-order. since I placed the order in July, the website has been saying it would be delivered on time, by the weekend of release. release is here, shipping label was created the 15th, but its been in transit to ups since the 15th. its now the 18th. how does it take 3 plus days to get to the shipping company? eta is now the 22nd, and my regret grows with every update.
