Just purchased the Cherry Blossom scent and the lotion doesn't seem to absorb into skin like it use to. Did the formula change? Please change back if it did... May need to change to another brand but has been using this for years... what happened?

New Formula Foul Smelling
I recently purchased this and it smells like body odor. The first few uses I couldn't tell where the smell was coming from. Unfortunately, I realized it was the lotion. Eeeeyuck! It's a " no" for me.

Don't buy the new bottle!
They changed the formula and packaging and it's so much worse now. The texture of the lotion is waxy somehow and you can feel it on your skin long after it should have been absorbed. It smells like chemicals, almost like bad tanning lotion. There is barely a hint of cherry blossom scent now. There is nothing good about the changes they made to this product so I will never buy Nivea again. I always loved the quality and value of Nivea lotion but sadly they made the product way worse just like so many other products lately.

Awful reformulation
I used to really like this lotion, but they recently changed the formula and it’s just terrible. It feels like cheap sunscreen and doesn’t have a nice fragrance anymore (just smells like the plain old blue-tin Nivea creme). If you liked the old formula, don’t buy this one, it’s just terrible.

Bring back the old formula
Before the formula change, I would use ONLY this product. It was the best lotion I’ve ever used, and I never went without it. However, the new formula cannot compete, and I will not be repurchasing unless they bring the old formula back. The new formula does not blend in very well, and it is not as moisturizing. I never write reviews but I had to on this. PLEASE bring back the old one!

I've been using this for a long time and I was concerned when I saw the formula had changed. Unfortunately, my concern was warranted. I could tell right away that the texture was different. It feels sticky and it doesn't go on the same way. It's also a lot less hydrating. That was disappointing, but the new scent is even worse. It smells like alcohol. After the dry down, it just smells like cheap lotion. I am so disappointed. I definitely won't be buying again unless I find the old formula somewhere.

This has been my go to lotion for years. Recently I went to repurchase it and noticed the packaging was different. Didn’t think much of it but when I tried it, I immediately noticed the formula was different. It doesn’t absorb well and it feels thick and sticky. I’m so sad because I used to love it. I always bought the cherry blossum scented Nivea lotion. It worked and smelled great! New formula in new style bottle of cherry blossum stinks- no cherry scent- and doesn't aborb well. As if a low quality brand, unpleasant odor and doesn't do the job!!! Bring back the previous formula with great cherry scent!! You ruined a great product!!
