Bring back old formula
I hope this reaches the top. I’m greatly disappointed with new formula. My daughters and I have extremely dry skin especially in Midwest winter. The old formula was the best! I believe people who may have complained about the old formula, it’s clear it’s not meant for them. I have tried many expensive brands for our skin, this by far works the best! Signed long time loyal customers of old formula.

Nivea, heed the comments
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new formula is terrible. I used this for over ten years and now I need to find another lotion. Doesn’t absorb. Smells bad. Irritates skin. Leave a tacky layer on skin. Leaves skin looking dull. No shone. Please bring back the old formula.

Another stinky Nivea scent
Once again this Nivea lotion is very moisturizing but just like the lotion in the blue bottle, it smells of strong perfume. It wasn't quite as strong of a smell as the blue bottle but it was still strong enough to give me a sinus headache. I really like the scent of the Nivea cocoa butter lotion but it is not moisturizing enough. Why can't Nivea make their 72 hour lotions in unscented or at least a mild, non perfume smell??? I have looked every where for the Nivea sensitive I fragrance free lotion but it's out of stock every where.

Bad change
I used to buy this lotion monthly. I loved it. It was the only one on the market that hydrated well and wasn’t too thick or oily for my skin. It absorbed well without irritation and had a pleasant, barely noticeable scent. You’ve now changed everything and I won’t be able to buy it any longer. It’s too thick. It does not absorb well. It smells weird. I don’t like the packaging change. I’m so disappointed.

Bring back old formula
This has been my go to lotion for the past few years for my super sensitive skin.... After buying a new bottle recently I was super disappointed. Something is different and my skin doesn't like it. Please bring back the old formula.

The intense perfume smell is too much
The perfume smell of this product is very strong. Also, it does not soak into the skin easily. I will not buy this product again.

New formula is disappointing
After trying every lotion imaginable this has been my tried and true for years. The old formula was milky, smelled amazing, and left my skin feeling so glowy. After doing a side by side comparison of old vs new it is incomparable. Please bring back the old formula…. I am begging you!

Bad New Formula
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The old formula was the best lotion I’ve ever tried. I’ve been googling for an hour now to find an equivalent with the exact ingredients from the old formula now that I’ve discovered I can’t get it anymore. Please for the love of god bring back the old formula. It was truly magical and now you’ve stripped us from it. Or please let me know if there’s a way I can still order the old formula

Horrible New Formula - So Sad :.(
I have used Nivea my whole entire life and especially this specific Nivea since I can remember. The new formula is HORRIBLE. It’s so far off from the original product. The previous product was smooth, hydrating, and so comforting on the skin. It was always reliable. This new formula feels sticky on my skin and doesn’t soak in. It is causing my skin to get red, blotchy and irritated. The new product is so thick on my skin that after using it, I sweat and am so uncomfortable I can’t get dressed. The new formula isn’t soft or hydrating. Please go back to the old formula and create a different product name for this one, the new one is not comparable. This is disappointing for Nivea, who usually shines above the rest. They say “if it ain’t broke, why fix it.” and that saying couldn’t apply more to this situation.

New Formula
The old formula worked better on my skin. The new formula has made my skin more dry and the hydration is not the same nor lasts as long.

NOT the same formula!!!
I have suffered with chronic atopic dermatitis since I was 5 months old... I will be turning 26 this fall and have struggled ALL my life to find a lotion that not only hydrates my eczema but also feels non-greasy. I have been using Nivea Intense Healing Lotion for the past several years and now all of a sudden, there has been a change in the formula? My skin is now flared up because I recently ran out of my last bottle of the old formula. I would LOVE to see the old formula come back and I think A LOT of people would to!

New Formula
The formula has changed and I don’t like it now I thought I found a great lotion until this new formula took forever to blend in with my skin and leaves a white coating. Please bring back the old formula.

The best of fhe best
This lotion is absolutely wonderful. It sinks into the skin without being sticky. It makes my skin feel so soft. I have used others when I couldn’t find it and they are not like this. 10/10

I like Intense Healing lotion more than Shea Nourish Lotion
The scent of this lotion is sweeter and stronger than NIVEA Shea Nourish Lotion. I almost gave up when I tried for the first time. But i started falling in love with it after a few days. This Intense Healing lotion is richer than Shea Nourish Lotion and has NO burning feel like Shea Nourish Lotion does. I will stick with Intense Healing lotion instead of Shea Nourish Lotion.

Super Moisturizing
This is the best lotion to use yo combat dryness especially if you wash your hands a lot. I’ve been using it for years because it’s thick & super moisturizing. I even bought a couple for our nurse’s station. Everyone loved it.
