NIVEA Soft Moisturizing Creme 2.6 Ounce

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new formula of Nivea soft has made Nivea as a brand lose tons of loyal customers, just like when Coca Cola brought in their new formula in 1985 please learn from that brands mistake and bring the old Nivea soft formula back in the United States so people can choose if they want the original cream or vegan version and you’ll get me, my entire family , almost all my friends to turn back to their old beloved cream we all used for ages. I have been using nivea soft for my whole life and it is the only skincare product that my face handles well. I bought a new tube yesterday as I used up my last tube and i woke up this morning with my face fully swollen, red and blotchy. I could barely see out of one eye. Disappointed that the only moisturiser i have ever been able to use is gone. please bring the old formula back.

What an absolutely terrible idea it was to change the formula to this sticky but somehow greasy "vegan" formula. Nivea Soft is now actively gross to use and smells so much worse than it ever did. Tried to give my new tube to a friend and they were not interested so the cream is in the bin. Thanks for rewarding long time customers with this nonsense. Never again.

So disappointed 😞 This is nothing like the original cream. Very light texture and leaves my skin dry.

You know that oily feeling you get, or the feeling some lotions give where it leaves like the a thick waxy layer? This leaves none of that! It actually absorbs into the skin! I'm 40 and I've finally found my lotion!

I've been using this since I was a teenager, I've noticed over the last month or so it's changed. Doesn't have that nice soft feeling, leaves my face irritated. Absolutely shattered, I now have to be on the hunt for a new cream.

It stings my face and leaves it dry. Does not hydrate skin at all. I've tried looking for the old stock everywhere to bulk up on. Bring back the original formula please, it never needed changing.

This used to be the best face cream ever. Since the formula became vegan, it has changed. It no longer hydrates as well as it used to and it now breaks my skin out very badly. Would not recommend at all unless they re-release the old formula.

Not sure why you changed a formula that clearly worked, i have been using this for about 30 years (cant remember ever usign anything else) and im so disappointed in the change in formula, please bring the old formula back. Had i knows i wouldve stocked up on the old bottles. Does anyone have any recs for another cream that has the same feel?

Why has the formula been changed? It now feels terrible on the face. Doesn’t absorb properly and leaves a kind of layer on the face. Not soft at all like the name. And for the first time ever I've had some breakouts. I’ve been using the original product for over 20 years and it was amazing, it was better than many expensive top end products. I've managed to find another pack of the old formula in hope that by the time I finish it Nivea will have enough feedback to change it back. I’m not one to leave negative reviews but this change has been really upsetting as originally it was so hard to find a great face cram and when I did I stuck with it and loved it for most of my adult life. Please go back to the old formula it was better than all other moisturisers on the market.

I am so disappointed with the new formula. I have been using this cream for 35 years, its pretty much the only crema on the market my sensitve skin does not react too. I am so upset to find the formulation changed of this! This cream no longer absorbs into the skin, it just sits on the surfacce

I have been using Soft for 20 years - it has been my go to and the only face cream I like. The new formula leaves my face feeling dry. The viscosity of the cream is less and disappointing. Please can you bring back the old formula.

However, something has changed... the ingredients? It definitely doesn't feel the same when you apply it, it feels watery and doesn't leave my skin feeling hydrated. Bring back the original formula!

If I could give this 0 stars o would. New formula doesn't absorb like the old one and doesn't feel soft at all. Very disappointed bring back the old formula

I have been trying this moisturiser over the last few days and found it to be reasonable. My face occasionally dries up after a wash and this seems to do the trick when needed to leave my skin soft and moisturised. I received this product from Nivea to review

I handed this back to my missus but she insisted I try it. I'm happy to report it made my hands feel good. I work outside on the tools, using grease and fuel so my hands were, I admit, nasty dry. A plus in my book is that this mosturising cream wasn't overly fragrant and I really liked that it didn't sit on my skin but sunk right it. Nothing worse than slimy digits trying to pick up bolts. Will buy this again and I'm going to keep an extra tube in the ute for using while at work too. I was gifted this product for review.
