Q: I use the hot pink conditioner and I swear it smells exactly like mozzarella sticks. Is this really happening or is this my Pirosmia from when I had the Rona. Anyone else? Am I nuts? Colors well though

A: Hello, thank you for your question! It depends on the color that you use and the condition (porosity) of your hair. The pastels fade the fastest while the bolder tones take a little bit longer. If your hair is more porous, the color will last a bit longer as well.

Q: Do I need both the shampoo + conditioner or can I just use the conditioner like other competitors' similar products? My hair is faded purple right now and I'm interested in the lavendar.

A: Hello and thank you for your question! You do not need to use them both for beautiful color pay off, the conditioner will work just fine. That said you do have the option of both, for more color deposit or for hair that tends to fade really quickly and is difficult to maintain.

A: Hello and thank you for your question! You can leave this for 2-5 minutes to refresh your color and up to 10 if you want to add a little more color intensity. There should not be any bleeding which is a huge plus! Just be sure to rinse really well since you are depositing color to the hair as well as conditioning.

A: Hello and thank you for your question! Yes, the color will fade. It is a semi permanent direct dye. With continued use, it can last as long as you want. Once you stop using the product, it will gradually fade form the hair. How long that takes will depend on the condition of your hair, how many times that you used it and what color that you used.

Initially, i thought this product was just okay. The conditioner is not very pigmented so I was correct to not expect much for color maintenance. I got the silver option and the product itself is a dull gray color. Out of the bottle it smelled fruity but as my hair dried and the day went on it started to make my hair smell vinegary and sour like old fruit. I'm a meticulous rinser and had applied a leave-in oil afterward that was completely overtaken by this conditioner's aging fragrance. I was excited to find a color depositing conditioner at this price point but it's a no for me.

Thank you for your review, we are sorry to hear that you had trouble with your grout. A cleaner with bleach should take that right off. Also, if you drip some on the shower floor, rinsing it down right away will prevent this from happening in the future.

Thank you for your review! To build more color in the hair it is not necessary to leave the product on overnight. This will not achieve more color. To achieve more color, you would use the product a few times in a row for 5-10 minutes each application. It is also important to use the product on hair that has been color treated or bleached to see a deposit of color.

I could not be more pleased with this product! I love my purple hair but not so much the fading and keeping it purple. Along came No Fade Fresh and my problems with my purple hair fading have vanished. Bonus it is super nourishing and my hair is happier and healthier not to mention purple! Thank you No Fade Fresh, you have changed my life for the better. Seriously I have used it three times. My hair was almost back to blonde at the frayed ends and the color had come off in splotches this time. Full disclosure: my most recent coloring was with a brand I had not tried before. It looked great for about five days then starting fading in peculiar ways. I decided to try this and in 3 uses my purple hair is a much more uniform color throughout, all the way down to the frayed ends, which do not look frayed after 3 uses. AMAZING!!

Hello, thank you for your review. Depending on the color of blonde you are applying to, you might need to do a few washes in a row to see the color. Using it a few times initially will also help it last longer. Once you have achieved the color you are looking for, we recommend using the product every other time that you wash your hair to maintain.

I have naturally silver/grey hair and had just got my hair professionally done in a pretty lilac color. I wanted it to last for a bit before having to go back to get it redone. The first time I used it, it didn’t do much. Now - I really saturate my hair and leave it on for 15 minutes. I even mixed this color and a darker purple to get just a tiny bit more color. Love it!

This silver shampoo/conditioner dried out my long, layered hair. Did help with my silver hair but couldn’t get past how drying it was. I gave it three stars as my daughter loves using both the shampoo/conditioner to maintain her red hair on her short pixie cut. Just not for my hair.

I’d tried more expensive color conditioners and I liked this better! I have light blonde hair and I just added some color to create highlights and the color showed up very pigmented. I only left it on for maybe 5-10 minutes. It also smells nice and didn’t leave my hair damaged or anything. It probably lasts 3-4 washes.

Didnt expect much but man did this do what i didnt even expect it to. I paid $200 to get my hair dyed and highlighted purple and i was due for another round but i didnt want to spend another boatload of money getting it done. I love that it only dyed what i had already dyed. Upside it didnt stain my tub and dyed my hair thay was needed to but downside it def stained my tub mat but no biggie since i can get a cheap one

This truly deposits vibrant color on to my previously colored hair. Lasts about 2 weeks in my experience, but I wash my hair daily and only put this on for 5 minutes every 2 weeks. Truly bright fire engine red on the first day and second day is what is my ideal color. Recommend using this if looking for a change, adding brightness to your color, but be aware that it will take differently to your untreated hair like roots versus your other hairs and recommend wearing gloves. Did not stain my shower, head, or neck but got my hands red until like 4 scrubbing hand washes.

For best results with our shampoos and conditioners we do recommend that they are used on bleached or color treated hair. Our pastel shades are best suited for palest blonde hair and our vivid shades may be used on pale blonde to dark brown color treated hair. The lighter your hair is the more vibrant your results will be and the darker your hair is the more subtle they will be. Our natural shades can be used to help refresh and maintain the color of blonde, red and brunette hair. For the tub, we would recommend to ensure that any and all color be rinsed immediately with warm water before it is allowed to dry onto the tub. If you are already dealing with dried color in the tub a magic eraser should remove it quickly and easily. Again, we are sorry to hear that you didn't have the best experience. I bought this because of the many good reviews and I saw a woman use it on An internet video with success, BUT IT DEFINITELY DIDN’T WORK FOR ME. It turned my bleached platinum blonde orange and there isn’t a hint of silver in my hair. I followed the instructions exactly. Super disappointed.
