A: Hi Yo! The Flasher 2.0 works best on light to medium skin tones with dark hair. It's not recommended for very deep or dark skin tones, as the technology targets the pigment in the hair follicle and may not be effective on deeper skin.

A: Hi LiviB! The Flasher 2.0 works best on darker hair colors like brown or black, since it targets the pigment in the hair. Red hair, especially lighter shades, doesn’t absorb the light as effectively, so results can be limited. If your hair is a deeper auburn or has some darker strands, you might still see some benefit, but lighter red tones typically won’t respond well.

A: Hi Roxxy! You don’t need to use polarized glasses with the Flasher 2.0. The device is designed with built-in safety features to prevent accidental flashes, and as long as you’re using it as directed (with the flash window fully flush against your skin), there shouldn’t be any direct light exposure to your eyes. If you're especially sensitive to light, you can absolutely wear sunglasses or protective eyewear for extra comfort! 💛

I have the exact combo that this is supposed to work for, light skin and dark (black brown) hair. I have done this 2x per week for almost 3 full months at full power and have not seen a reduction in hair growth. The device changes its power level on its own as you use it. Sometimes it changes on the number itself display on the screen, but often times it says it is at the highest level, but you can tell that it’s not because it does not flash as brightly, and it does not sting at all. I have to turn it off and turn it back on to get it to feel like it’s doing something. I’m really upset that they have such a short window for returns of this expensive item. I will not be purchasing items of this caliber through Target in the future.

Doesn’t work. Used it religiously for several months. Started to notice SLOWER hair growth but doesn’t eliminate hair growth. Now that I’ve stopped using it, the hair as grown back as normal.

This did not work. If there are positive reviews, they must be fake because I used this exactly as instructed and honestly, I feel like I actually got MORE hair. My friend also bought one and said the same thing.

This doesn't work. I'm glad I waited for a sale, but it's a scam. I have medium hair and light skin. 10 weeks of 2x/week on level 5 (can't handle higher) and there's a minimal difference at best. I'm out more money from having to shave twice a week, and have twice the ingrown hairs. Don't waste your money.

It worked for me! I have dark hair and light skin (check the criteria for skin types it works on) I did my armpits, legs, and bikini line. You do it 2x/week and go over the area 3 times. I used level 6 and 7. The only con is I felt like it took me a long time to do it but so worth not having to shave.

I was really looking forward to using this device based on all the reviews but it didn’t work for me at all. I purchased in December and have been consistently using 2/3 times a week and have had no reduction in hair, extremely disappointed. I would not recommend at all. I wish I could return and get my money back.

I love my nood flasher. If my legs are even a little prickly, it drives me crazy. After using Nood for only a few weeks, I noticed a huge difference. Once my leg hairs were entirely gone, my legs were more smooth than they've ever been and I could never go back. There is a huge difference between freshly shaved legs and hairless legs. I never knew and appreciate being hairless even more!
