I was just told that I have another grandbaby on the way so these were right on time. I take fish oil as part of my supplement so we both enjoy. Not too much burp taste either.

The only thing I don’t care for is the taste & how they repeat all day. Like a small reflux that brings the taste back all day. I don’t know if this is specific to me but I get this with certain vitamins, so I’m kind of used to it. Overall, I’d probably compare this to the other brands and determine which is more beneficial for me.

Other than that it is easy to swallow. And they do what they are suppose too. Just make sure they don’t sit in the heat being soft gels as they will melt.

Some prenatals have a funny taste but these have non making it easier to digest without having a funny taste in your mouth. Not too big so they’re also easier to swallow and the ingredients are good
