The lid is not oven safe and should only be placed on a fully cooled pan.Care InstructionsThe half sheet pan is oven safe up to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Hand washing is recommended for both pieces to help preserve the nonstick coating and finish. Avoid metal utensils, scouring pads, and abrasive cleaners on the nonstick surface. The storage lid is suitable for top rack dishwasher cleaning and should not be used in the oven.
