Close but flawed

Cooks evenly & thank you for being non-stick (no toxic Teflon allowed in our house!). Dislike is the uneven bottom - it doesn’t slide on or off of the oven rack smoothly. For a $30 sheet there should be no issues IMHO

I issue these for my professional sugar cookies… it is a great pan. It is not designed to be nonstick so use parchment paper.

Love the Air Bake Result

This is the best way to bake cookies. It's not non-stick, but using parchment paper makes for easy release and clean up. I won't bake cookies with any other pan. I wish they made other pans with this Air bake system.
