Q: How high of heat can this pan withstand? Is it free from forever chemicals?

A: Hello, General maximum temperature recommendation for Natural Aluminum Bakeware is 500 degrees. The pans are safe to use and will perform at higher temps. For example, you are free to use the pans when broiling. Oil can become permanently baked onto pans at higher temperatures and the pan may discolor or take on a bronzed patina. These features are cosmetic and do not cause a safety issue. The pan will continue to perform. No non stick coating :) Kind Regards, Nordic Ware Customer Experience

Would not recommend
I would not recommend this pan, the outside of the brownies or cake are over cooked and the inside is raw. It does not bake evenly, never had this issue with my recipes. Not worth the price.
