Looks nice and feels nice. But like a lot of review states, it came with some oily black stains and the carpet smells really bad. It has a gasoline smell. It’s been a month since we had them as it was such a hassle to return, but the smell and stain is still there.

Initial quality is there but cannot withstand any vacuuming or traffic, you get what you pay for. It's nice to look at but don't think its gonna look like pottery barn jute big braided rug, you will be disappointed. It deserves more than one star but I really think you should put the money towards a more quality rug. It's also very light and the braids/balls are very small and the color /texture just feels cheap.

Product came damaged. The way that the tape the rug leaves a yellow residue on the exterior. It is also a nightmare to return because it comes wrapped in plastic, so you have to purchase a box for shipping that is not a covered expense.
