Extreme Dizziness
I took one recommended dose and within 5 hours I was very dizzy. It's been almost 48 hours and I'm still dizzy when I bend down. I have no known allergies.

Quercetin with bromelain is great
My pulmonary doctor told me to get this at my post covid checkup two years ago and I've continued to take it for enhanced immunity since I am asthmatic. So far so good.

Had a reaction
Within 24 hours my mouth started get painful sores and by day 3 I had a blazing headache. I stopped using it and got better straight away. Must have been allergic to it, although I don't typically have allergies. I did find online that mouth sores and headaches may be side effects.
