Save your money
I was very disappointed that this product did nothing for me. Not only did it not help me sleep, I felt drowsy in the morning. I threw it in the trash. Very frustrating trying to find a natural supplement to help me sleep. I work nights, and sleep days, so this has been an on going problem. Wish I could have benefitted from this sleeping aid.

Stay asleep!

Sleepy
As I've moved into the menopausal stage of my life sleep has been more difficult. This product allows me to get more hours of sleep without the tossing and turning. Sometimes I get up and take more in the middle of the night. It's nice to know its all natural and has no side affects. I have experienced no drowsiness in the morning.

I take this for a number of things, primarily sleep management, however I have found it equally as useful in dealing with pms symptoms. I take it at night. I sleep very well by its use. It allowed for quicker responses in the time it took for me to relax for sleep. I felt overall well rested the next morning and clear.

I have been taking valerian for many years. It helps with stress during the day without making me sleepy and it helps relax me at bedtime so I can get to sleep.
