I've been using it in my hot and iced coffee, and it mixes in well. Another little bonus is the long shelf-life. I've got at least 8 containers in my fridge right now because they don't go bad until sometime in 2026. Overall, these are delicious and gentle on my tummy.

I did realize that I had not shaken the container well enough the first time I used it and it was separated, which is normal from what I read online. Once shaken properly I have enjoyed using nut pods and will be my new favorite now!
