    One of my favorite matte lip products

    This lip cream has a beautiful soft matte finish that feels very comfortable on the lips. The formula is lightweight, smooth and not drying at all. It applies evenly and the color payoff is excellent. I love how wearable it is for everyday use while still looking polished. A classic product that I always keep in my makeup collection.

    Shade not the same

    Owned a matte lip cream in shade Rome. Got another one in same shade since I was running out of it but the new one seems nothing like the old shade. It is very pink whereas the old shade was more of a brown nude color. Very disappointed!!

    Soft Matte Lip Creams Are Way Brighter in Person

    I wish that the colors IRL matched the website images. I ordered several different soft matte lip creams. Most of them were so garishly loud I'll have to use sparingly and combine with lighter lipsticks. The consistency of the product is fine, if not a bit drying.

    There are so many lips products that are great from NYC but this is by far my favorite one, it goes on smooth and stays put a good amount of the day! Package is simple and easy to use. I do like the smell some do them have a nice scent

    PLEASE bring back shade TOKYO to me PLEASE

    Love this matte formula I hae dry skin and this gives me matte looking lips without drying and looking flakey. It doesn't last that long but it's honestly fine the real issue is why you guys discontinued TOKYO please??? It was my favorite shade and I know if y'all bring it back it will probs be too warm whatever other shades are nice tho although there are some discrepencies in packaing color and actual shade but overall a very safe buy

    The colors are a bit out there for me, but could definitely be someone else’s perfect shade. The matte look is great . It is a bit drying so I prefer to pair it with a lip balm.

    Perfect for beginners

    I love this product when I want an easily good matte lip day. I think the soft vanilla scent can be off-putting at first but it doesn't linger if you're sensitive to smells. I love the affordability because it allows you to try new looks without a huge pocket dent.
