Q:  can the company tell me what quantity of spinach is in the item? Could you please make some that are low in oxalate? Spinach is super high in oxalateS. More and more people are becoming aware that that is not good especially for some.

I love that it’s convenient and can be fried on stove top for an even better taste and crisp. I love the glass noodles inside with veggies making it a lighter choice as a meal or snack . It’s healthier than eating fast food from outside and pairs nicely with some sliced pickled ginger and soy sauce or wasabi. Love this stuff! Will be buying again! Highly recommended !

This tastes great! And uses good noodles. It's hard to describe what it is but definitely go ahead and try it! However, the price is extremely unreasonable. The size is okay but it does not provide a full meal and it is more then $4 for just one!

Great taste and easy to heat up
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoyed trying Ocean Halo's Kimbap roll, had a hard time finding the product in the frozen section at my store but it was worth it! It was easy to heat up in the pan and the microwave, the portion was big enough for 1 meal or 2 snacks. Pan fried made it crispy and even more delicious. Highly recommend!
