The miso flavour was strong enough to counter the grainy earthy flavours of quinoa but not in a over powering way. It was delicious!_x000D_ The second half of the carton I used to make miso soup following the directions on the carton and it turned out so tasty. The kids loved it! Will be buying more for sure!

I am a vegetarian so finding a a broth which is decent in taste and doesn’t smell whole lot of chemicals is a difficult task for me. But this one tasted natural and was easy for me enjoy. I will recommend this to my vegan friends out there.
