Left hair greasy and frizzy
Left my hair feeling drier and greasy at the same time. When I washed my hair and rinsed I noticed it didn't feel clean when I rinsed but I continued thinking it was because I had switched formulas. Used the conditioner, and my hair still felt "gross." I let it air dry and it is very hard to brush. It looks like 3 day old hair. I tried a 2nd time and still no better. Will be returning in the morning.

hydrating, curl/wave enhancing, simple I LOVE IT
This shampoo and conditioner truly does repair split ends. It helps moisturize my fine, wavy hair without leaving it weighed down or oily. I love pairing it with the conditioner. Sometimes I use this shampoo with the Kristen ess conditioner and love that duo, too. Also, when I use the conditioner, my hair is less frizzy and seems more wavy/slightly curly which I love! I have had no negative experiences with the shampoo or condioner and have never experienced hair loss like some people have. Other reviews say that this shampoo and the conditioner leave their hair weighed down or just not clean but I think they just don't know how to properly shampoo and condition.

Made My Hair Fall Out! The amount of hair that came out when I combed my hair was way more than normal, and it happened each time I washed my hair. It also made it feel like hay. Would nvr recommend it to anyone.

Bad smell, unlike the conditioner
I don’t know if I got a bad bottle, but this shampoo smells so bad — like a bunch of chemicals. I bought the conditioner first and loved it, which led me to buy the matching shampoo, but they don’t smell the same. I hate using it every time I open it because of the smell.

Dandruff
I used a different brand for the past 2 years, my hair and scalp was fine, and recently have switched to this shampoo. After just a few washes, I now have itchy scalp with heavy dandruff. My wife bought this shampoo over a year ago, but I had to use up the old brand before using this one. I don't know if the shampoo goes bad after 1 year

Horrible waxy feeling
This conditioner leaves a waxy feeling coating on your hair. Pantene leaves a similar feel however this brand is way worse. I cannot even finish using the shampoo and conditioner. Does not hydrate at all.

I usually like OGX products a lot!! I tried this coconut miracle oil shampoo thinking that I would love it. I used it once and my hair got so tangled, even after brushing through it and letting it dry completely! My hair never tangles either. So sad that it didn’t work out, especially since I got the big bottle :/ will be going back to my old kind I suppose.

Drying on hair
Left my hair drier then before. It smelled great but it did not help my hair. it made it worse and my hair was difficult to manage afterwards.
