My hair wants to curl so bad in high humidity, we are on vacation in Florida and nothing can keep my hair from curling except this! Last time I visited I did not have this serum, but another type and my hair dryer/blowout dryer couldn't even straighten out my curls but this works! Now I can enjoy sleek hair if I want to or tame the frizz if I want to let it dry naturally. Definitely recommend! If my hair gets wet it is over but it still helps keep it looking decent.

HATE that u changed it!
I HATE that you changed the formula! I’ve been a customer for years; I have not found a frizz product that works as good as how you used to be. I wish there was a reply area so someone could tell me what product is like the old version.

BRING BACK THE OLD FORMULA!!
The old formula had hydrolyzed silk and dimethicone added to it, which made this product a banger! I also don't recall it having added oils. This was the best when it had the clear bottle with the purple tube in the middle. It didn't come with much but it was my miracle product for my curly hair and my key a magic makeover for my blowout days. I loved that it was perfect for summer to fight the humidity and it was a banger for when dull winters. So sad to see they changed it! PLEASEEE BRING IT BACK OR GIVE US BOTH!

My forever hair serum
It's been my favorite serum since the 90s . So many serums now days I've tried a few but I end up coming back to this one . I use it on my daughters coarse hair too and it's phenomenal. We will stick to this for ever .

Miss the old formula terribly
I used the old frizz ease for 30 years and it’s been perfect for my hair, this new version with the argon oil etc makes my hair limp and lifeless. Please!!!! Bring the old one back!!!! I’m desperate!

Shadow of its former self.
This product is a shadow of its former self after they changed the formula. It’s a much more watery consistency and no longer tames any frizz in humid weather. Bring the old formula back! And it seems I’m not the only one to think this and the company has paid a ton of people for reviews recently to cover up all the bad reviews after the formula change. Shady!!!

As honest and brief as I can be
I bout this exact product about 2 months ago without realizing it’s intended for thicker hair with tighter curls than what I have (2a-2b for reference). After making that realization, I also realized I was using as directed, but more often than recommended. Once I’ve read some critical reviews on this product, I’ve come to the theory that this company is watering down these serums while marketing to the same audiences. In conclusion, I still love this product, but I don’t think it is doing as it claims: In theory, this product (marketed to 3C-4C hair) would weigh down my hair (again, 2a-2b) and cause it to look somewhat greasy, but it does not. It makes my hair silky, smooth, and reduces frizz, just as it says it would do for a different hair type.
