after reading reviews on multiple websites and seeing more positive reviews than negative, I decided to give this product a try. I have 2B/2C curly hair. After only one use, my hair felt very dry and stiff; enough so it was visible when looking in the mirror. It actually made my hair more frizzy! Did nothing to enhance curls either. No shine, no bounce, just straw like hair.

Definitely glad I bought this
Last year I had a severe reaction to a shampoo and lost half my hair. Since then I have been an emotional roller coaster and terrified to try anything new in my hair. I wanted something that was alcohol free and would help with frizz. My hair is much thinner now so I didn't want something that would weigh it down. The mousse I was using was drying out my ends. Today is the first time I used it. So far I love it. When I first put it in I could already tell that my hair was not weighed down. Now that it is completely dry it's not left crunchy and it's definitely much softer than it has been plus no frizz. Hopefully I will continue to see these results without my hair getting anymore damage.

I have been using this product for 20 years. They have changed the looks of the bottles a couple of times through the years but with the new purple bottle they also changed the formula. It does not smell the same way it used it and it does not work as it used to. BRING BACK the original formula. Plus some of the nozzles bark and half of the product goes to waist.

I am currently on my fourth bottle in a row where after just a few weeks the product will not foam up and half to 3/4 of the bottle ends up in the garbage because it comes out pure liquid. I have used this for years and years and haven’t had this many issues before.

So frustrating!
The product itself is not bad. However, the container that it comes in often malfunctions. I have to throw away nearly 50% of every bottle of this mousse that I buy. It starts out fine, but then suddenly the mousse turns to pure liquid because the bottle is not foaming it up correctly. I'm just about done with this awful brand!
