Q: Does this has beads in it?
A: Hi Gab! This product does not contain large beads. It does contain Hydrated Silica. These tiny non-scratching skin-polishers, AKA Hydrated Silica, break down while removing dirt and oil. This unique characteristic will prohibit you from over-scrubbing and ultimately protect you from unintended damage of over-exfoliation. Hope this helps!
submitted byTarget Beauty Consulting - 5 years agoBrand expertA: Our Regenerist Regenerating Cream Face Cleanser contains white silica beads, which are designed to help gently exfoliate your skin.
submitted byOlay - 4 years agoBrand expertA: Just FYI, I’ve been researching beads in face cleansers. Apparently the use of plastic micro beads in cosmetic products was banned in the US in 2015. This product contains hydrated silica which is a natural product like sand that’s not harmful to the environment. There are at least 2 reviews giving this product 1 star because they say it contains plastic micro beads - I’m not able to respond to their reviews, but someone should. Hoping this will help stop the spread of misinformation.

Q: Is this foaming cleanser?
A: No, it’s more of a cream
submitted bySusiev - 7 years agoA: Hi, Candy. This cleanser is cream-based. It suds up to a mild lather, but we wouldn't call it "foaming." Hope this helps!

Q: Does this do a good job of removing makeup / eye makeup?
A: Hi, Emmy. This cleanser is formulated to smooth skin's surface, refine texture, and accelerate skin's natural regeneration process. It's not specifically made to remove makeup. We recommend using a makeup remover or facial wipes prior to this product's use for best results. We like the Olay Makeup Remover Wet Cloths. Hope this helps!
