A: If you've never used a retinol product before, or you know you're prone to skin sensitivity, we recommend starting off with the original Retinol24 versions. Once your skin is accustomed to the product, you can try moving into the MAX line. Our retinol products are meant to be used at night. Massage cream evenly over a cleansed face and neck. It's also important to apply a sunscreen product the morning after using a retinol treatment. All of our products are thoroughly evaluated to make sure they’re safe when used as directed. However, if you’ve been diagnosed with a skin condition, we recommend consulting with your doctor or dermatologist about which product is best for your skin's unique needs.

Since using this cream, my neck has become irritated. I have a severe rash and my neck looks burned. The reaction differs on my face, it only tingles, but the neck took the impact. I have no resolution for this yet. I'm freaking out. Has anyone else experienced this?
