It didn't leave residue on shirts or other clothing. I was impressed with how long lasting the scent was. I was able to apply in the morning and last throughout the day. He swears by all Old Spice products but he was not a huge fan of the Old Spice High Endurance Aluminum Free Deodorant. The only reason he really did not like it is because it was the "gel" deodorant and not the solid stick which causes his underarm hair to stick together. The packaging is sturdy with a good amount of product that can be twisted up. I received this as a two pack and like the value of it compared to cost of a single one. When applied after showering I noticed there was no dry down time, so I could just apply and go without worrying that it would come off on my shirt. It kept me dry and smelling clean throughout the day. After hiking in hot weather I did not notice any odor or sweat issues. The scent is hard to describe, not my favorite, but not bad either.
