However, we are saddened to hear your husband did not get the desired results. As you likely already know, deodorants protect against odor by killing odor causing bacteria, but don’t control wetness. For wetness and odor control, we recommend an antiperspirant deodorant combination. The level of protection provided depends on body chemistry. Changes in diet, activity levels or stress may affect the performance of the product. Our testing has shown that it may take up to two weeks to adjust to a new product before getting the fullest level of protection. So, reapplication may be necessary in the first few weeks. When reapplied, unfortunately I don’t feel like it gets rid of the odor but just masks it. Not my favorite option. The Fresh scent is clean without being overpowering, which makes it nice for everyday use. It goes on smoothly and doesn’t leave behind any residue or marks on his clothes. He also appreciates that it’s aluminum free. It holds up well throughout the day, even when he is more active and goes to the gym. I also enjoy when he wears this scent.

This came in a two pack so my boys are trying this out with positive results. No aluminum, is the first thing I look for. My skin is sensitive, but so far so good. I’m really liking the solid as I been using a spray for many years. I will definitely be switching and purchasing more of this. Typically my husband prefers deodorants that contain an antiperspirant. This deodorant applied smoothly and had a pleasant scent that was not overwhelming. This product reminded him off the old Speed Stick but this Old Spice deodorant was longer lasting and smelled great! He said that although it does not have an antiperspirant in it, he did not seem to sweat more. My husband also said there was not a need to reapply it when working a 12 hour shift. I've tried and tested so many feminine deodorants but have found that the formulas in men's deodorants have worked a lot better for me. This gel formula is a godsend! The scent is clean and fresh, not overwhelming- making it easier to still be able to apply my body mists and perfumes. But most importantly, this stuff lasts me ALL DAY. I don't find myself having to reapply in this summer heat which says a lot in itself. Please don't stop making this formula.
