Old Spice Fiji (Palm Tree + Coconut Oil) Invisible Solid Antiperspirant has turned into a quiet little favorite in our home. The scent is what pulled me in first — it’s fresh, clean, and tropical without being overpowering. That soft coconut-y beach vibe just hits right. What really surprised me is how well it works. It goes on smoothly with no chalky streaks, and it keeps me dry and comfortable all day. But the real test was my husband — he has sensitive skin, and a lot of antiperspirants irritate him. Its tropical fragrance features smooth notes of coconut and palm tree, which deliver a pleasant fresh scent. Old Spice claims the antiperspirant formula provides 24-hour protection against odor. Old Spice’s claim is true and in testing the antiperspirant formula exceeded the 24-hour by at least 12 hours with moderate activity. Although the antiperspirant’s odor protection lasts much longer than the non-antiperspirant counterpart, the formula does contain aluminum and other ingredients that would be a drawback for some. The 2.6 ounce stick is small and easy to use with an amusing depiction of a topical island. In sum, the antiperspirant is highly effective and offers a great scent at a reasonable price point.

My fiancé has been an avid user of Old Spice deodorant; however, he usually uses a different formula - the one where it’s almost like a gel. He hasn’t used a solid antiperspirant in quite a while, but so far so good. The fragrance is pleasant without being too overpowering. It does still leave some slide residue on the inside of his shirt which is his biggest complaint. Otherwise, it is on par with his regular formula.
