So pretty on!

I love the new top
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the new top coats! I used to use Cosmic on top of most O&J colors to give a little sparkle and then the top coat, but that meant a whole other layer of polish. The new top coats with the sparkle in them saves time and money. Love them!

Perfect sparkle
