    Hello mood stabilization

    These have made a difference in my mood. On days that I know will be rough or without sunlight, I take two and notice my mood leveling out. In combination with other stress management techniques, I have been able to level out my general anxiety. I did have a lot of headaches when initially taking this (saffron & serotonin) but made some adjustments. The vitamin D in this helps with mood stabilization. People complain about the taste in the review but it overall is not too bad, saffron is a very strong taste in general. I genuinely like these and it’s probably one of the only vitamins from Olly that I have ever repurchased.

    Depression Destroyer

    I'm halfway through my second bottle and can finally fully see and feel the change it makes. I handle EVERYTHING so much better now.. even my skin has cleared up full body and I've lost some stress weight. I think the greatest benefit is that my niece's(4yo) level 3 autism is much more manageable with her bottle of these gummies than even her prescribed medication that wasn't doing anything. Plus these are healthier for her. She's living a happier more normal life now. Thank you Olly! (Target please don't change my words or edit my review.     Great taste (and seems to work)

    Delicious flavor. Mostly orange with pineapple tropical notes and a hint of the saffron flavor. Good consistency and not too soft or hard to chew. Every once in a while there’s a funny shaped or very small or large gummy, but otherwise good quality throughout batches. Unclear if they REALLY help with mood or not, but at least I think they do. Good source of vitamin D as well. I use saffron often in tea or cooking, but this is a very convenient way to add it to your wellness routine.

    Yummy and helpful!

    As a mom with two kids these have been a nice addition to my routine. I didn't expect a life changing difference but I can definitely tell I feel more balanced and less irritated. They taste so good (thankfully) and are easy to remember to take consistently. Definitely not a cure for being an overstimulated mom, but they do help!

    They are all natural and they really work.

    I have been taking 2 of these a day consistently for 3 years! When I started them it took a week for me to really notice a difference and after that I haven't looked back. I used to have alot of down days where I just didnt want to do anything and now those days are few and far between. I have recommended these to my friends and family on several occasions and still would. I feel more like myself with them than without lol Also, they are all natural and the flavor is really good like eating candy which goes a long way with me because if it tastes like vitamins I wont take it like I should. I hope anyone reading this that is on the fence about trying these decides to try them and really gives them a fair shot.

    100% buying again

    4 week update and I’ve seen improvement, I’m excited for the full benefits around 6-8weeks. My pms and post menstrual anxiety this month was much better, pms was pretty much non existent. I’m going to keep taking these and incorporate a lower to no sugar diet to see if it increases the benefits by decreasing inflammation.

    These are amazing!! Ive dealt with depression most of my life and they make me feel amazing. Before I started taking them I could literally cry all day everyday. They make me feel happy again! They are delicious! I would recommend these to everyone!

    The Olly hello happy gummies are an 8/10 . The product contains Saffron which helps seratonin levels that often cause depleted moods in people . They also contain vitamin D, which is an essential vitamin for your health as well as mood! You can definitely feel the effects after consistent use . Placebo or not I don’t feel like I wasted my money . They dissolve pretty easily with moderate chewing like any gummy would but my one gripe with this gummy is the after taste it leaves . It’s sort of a medicinal after taste that turned my wife off taking them . I don’t mind it as much but be weary of that . Overall though , definitely not a miss in my books . Would buy again!

    They helped me

    The taste of the gummy worms are good and I could tell after a week they were helping. I could tell my mood felt positive and a decrease in stress. I would recommend these and will be buying more in the future.
