I like those gummies, they taste great and is easy to take! It has vitamin D & saffron extract pretty much. I did feel a little more motivated while taking those. Packaging is way too big for the amount that comes in it, and the price is a little expensive without the deals. The only downside for me is the sugar on the gummies..

I was skeptical but figured it wouldn’t hurt to just try it based on how good the reviews are. I have developed an allergy to my antidepressants and have been trying my best with lifestyle changes but my mood has still been terrible. After taking these, I noticed my mood is a lot better and my partner (who has been very patient with my mood swings) noticed a pretty dramatic difference as well. Been taking them for a month so far and plan on taking it regularly. Honestly tastes like candy - I think if it tastes or feels terrible it might be a bad batch. Nothing is a one-size-fits-all solution, but definitely worth giving a try if you are looking for a supplement. Worst case scenario is you got some expensive candy heh

I didn't mind the taste of these gummies, and I do feel like they did help with my mood. They did upset my stomach. I stopped taking them for a few days and then started taking them again to see if the gummies were the culprit. Within a day or two, my stomach began bothering me again.

I picked these up because my normal D gummies were not on the shelf. Did not think saffron would make any difference in mood. However, after 2 weeks I am noticing a definite difference in my anxiety, panic attacks and grief. I find myself saying well thats weird usually xyz would cause me to get anxious or angry, the panic attack which has been happening same time every day for almost 4 years did not occur today-a little anxious but it was a relief not to feel it. Like having a migraine lifted . And since our sons death nearly 4 years ago I still feel the weight of grief sadness. But again the last few days that loss was recognized but I did not feel the overwhelming need to cry.Almost as though my brain had a weighted security blanket to modulate the sadness. Its hard to feel like everything's ok but the last few days I have. It will be interesting to see if it continues. I do wish that you had small,labeled,travel size bottles and a cute travel case. it would be helpful.
