I went into these vitamin with no expectations. Usually I wake up starving but I’ve noticed that is no longer the case. I don’t start to feel hungry now until 11 or after. I literally don’t even think about eating in the morning anymore. For me, I’ve noticed a huge difference. More energy and just a light feeling all around. I’m still on my first bottle too!

I believe this has caused me to have swollen lymph nodes. Due to the high amount of chromium it has. I’ve never had swollen lymph nodes until today and had to research possibles causes

I purchased these gummies today while at Target since I’ve heard & read a lot of great reviews for helping lose a few extra pounds. However, it did not occur to me to read the ingredients prior to purchasing as there was only one bottle left on the shelf I immediately grabbed it. For whatever reason I decided to read the label before taking one and noticed the coloring contains juices from carrots, blackcurrant, sweet potato, apple, radish & cherries. I was excited to give these a try but I’m severely allergic to sweet potatoes and I’m afraid I’ll have an allergic reaction. Clearly my fault for not reading before hand but just in case anyone else has the same allergy, beware.

I've been taking these for two weeks and am throwing them out. Since I started these I've had severe headaches, stomachaches, and nausea. I've felt so extremely sick that I can barely function. It's not worth it. They're sugary and do nothing but make you feel terrible. Definitely wouldn't not recommend.
I never lost weight so easily.

I’m 5’1 and I was pushing 170 pounds. I thought my goal weight was going to be 145 and after six months of taking the metabolism I reached a 32 pound weight loss. Weighing it at 135 pounds. I did use Weight Watchers point system just to make myself accountable but my regular daily activities seem to be enough exercise. I didn’t have to go to the gym or go out of my way to work out.
