[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have trouble falling asleep and then once I fall asleep, I usually don't stay asleep, that being said, I have to use a sleep aid daily to get a restful night of sleep. I was totally impressed with these sleep tablets. They dissolve quickly which makes it super easy to take and I stay asleep all night. It has a delicious strawberry flavor without the horrible after taste. And the best part, it has ZERO sugar. The seem to work better than the gummies in my opinion.

The initial flavor of strawberry is good. I took one and fell asleep within the hour which is normal for me after taking melatonin.

You simply take one tablet thirty minutes before bed and it helps you wind down and fall asleep with ease. You don't need to take with food or water it will dissolve in your mouth. It tastes like strawberry and works quickly. Melatonin and lemon balm extract help me fall asleep quickly and peacefully. These are vegan and made with no sugar!

First time I tried it I had a great night of sleep. I didn’t have any after effects in the morning either. I woke up refreshed and ready for the day. Love this product

I also like the fact that they dissolve under your tongue, no need to get a glass of water. I also prefer that they aren't gummies. Too often the gummy types are loaded with sugar and therefore super sweet. These have a pleasant light taste.

For me they kicked in about 10 minutes after taking them. Best night sleep that I have had in years. I took at a certain time so I knew I would get up on time for work.

I love how these are fast dis-solvable capsules that I can take where ever I am resting for the night. The flavor was good and there is no bad after taste. But most importantly I was able to sleep soundly and wake up easily the following morning. There is no hang over feeling with these. I highly recommend these.
