Great postpartum vitamin!
I like how easy these are to take. My only gripe was that I placed a pickup order for this and the date of expiration was within 60 days of receiving the pills, which means I wouldn’t be able to finish the box before the expiration. Then received another and the same thing happened. Target customer service helped me, but still make sure you check your dates!

Completely tanked my already low supply of breast milk. I just pumped about 20mL which is about 80% less than what I was getting at this time last week. So angry they are selling this to postpartum mothers, I wish I would have looked up the reviews before. Zero stars. Do not buy.

Life changing!
Life changing. I had my first earlier this year and felt depleted 99% of the time. No energy, sluggish, hair falling out, skin breaking out, just not good for the already toppling list of what’s happening during postpartum. I didn’t really ever take vitamins-but started taking these religiously after noticing a difference after a WEEK. It’s crazy. My mental health has improved, productivity has improved, and I can’t help but tell my friends about it-that’s how much this has helped! Hands down, worth the money.

Do not take these if you’re breastfeeding / pumping! It contains pyridoxine. Research states that pyridoxine blocks lactation & inhibits the secretion of breast milk in nursing mothers by suppressing the normally elevated prolactin hormone levels. Stick with your prenatal!

Good all around Vitamin

They seemed to have all the nutrients a women needs to get back on track after child birth. The pill is a little larger than I prefer but still manageable. I do suggest taking with food, as with most vitamins overall I recommend!

Other vitamins have made my stomach feel uneasy with the ingredients or after taste, but I’ve been using One-A-Day multivitamins since pregnancy and it settles well with my tummy! Great vitamins
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These vitamins are awesome. They really have everything you could need or want in a prenatal. The DHA and RHA are an absolute must have for a sweet babies developing brain. It isn't super huge. And I didn't notice any taste when I took it. It is a great option to help with hair, skin, and nails. I switched over to this after my baby was born, and have continued taking it as I am breastfeeding. It's a wonderful option
