A: One A Day Women's Prenatal Gummies does not have iron. Added iron in gummies would create black spotting & oxidation. It would create an appearance problem which would not be appealing.

I have severe nausea during my pregnancy. I am constantly sick. I got these so I could hopefully keep my prenatal vitamin down. The fishy taste made me more sick than I already am.

These taste terrible. I have to plug my nose to get them down and immediately drink a chaser of orange juice or another strong flavor to wash the horrible taste away. The other reviews that say they taste good are either paid and/or untrue or perhaps they changed the formula. These are terrible.
Definitely hard to chew and swallow because of their flavor. They taste fishy and metallic. Do not recommend.
