Not noticeable
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately while taking this product, I personally did not notice any change. I was consistent with taking it in the morning with my other medications but my sleep did not improve and I still struggled with memory issues. However I never really noticed any side effects. Maybe with more time to use the product and maybe at a different time in my life this may help.

Been taking Onnit’s Alpha Brain for a couple weeks now and I'm really impressed. I've noticed better focus during the day and less mental fog, especially when I'm juggling a lot. It doesn't make me feel jittery like some other supplements either. Just a clean, clear boost when I need it. Definitely adding this to my daily routine.

Not for me
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I took this product for a long time, I had side effects which made me feel very ill. I had a friend to try it and it work great for her. Overall it all depends on the body, honestly try it, if it works great and if not its ok.

Helped tremendously with focus!

Save my training

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Onnit Alpha Brain was gone I guess. It’s hard to give a review when you get 30 capsules and you have to take 2 a day. So it’s hard to give an honest review for a 15 days supply. Smell kind of reminds me of Apple cider. For the price in retail I wouldn’t try them.

Worked great but hard to make it sustainable

After a couple of weeks, I noticed a subtle but real improvement in my ability to stay on task and think clearly during long workdays. I appreciate that it’s made with natural ingredients and doesn’t rely on stimulants. However, the effects seem to vary from person to person. I feel like the price is a bit high, and as a nurse not knowing the exact ingredient doses makes me a bit uncomfortable. But overall Alpha Brain feels like a clean, well-made supplement that’s worth trying if you’re looking for a stimulant-free cognitive boost.

I’ve had better nootropics
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had better memory & focus supplements so this one was just alright. I wouldn’t say it’s worth the price tag. It tastes like normal capsule supplements do, wasn’t delightful but wasn’t so bad I couldn’t stomach it. I don’t really like the design or packaging but it does seem this brand is more aimed towards men so maybe that is why? The good thing is that it does give you some brain energy but for me personally, it wasn’t anything like extraordinary. But everyone is different and I also do take other meds/supplements that it could’ve interfered with negatively.
