I am a college student and they overall improved my ability to retain information inside and outside of class. The only drawback to this supplement for me was mild nausea that I would experience on and off throughout the day. I would recommend taking this supplement with a meal. The packaging is simple and effective, and it seems to be a good value for the money if you’re looking for a little boost.

I felt like it made me more alert and “with it” on some days and other days it was hard to tell. I don’t sleep much because of an infant in the house, and I do think it helped me from having zombie days at work. I also had a lot more dreams, which was kind of cool. I liked the product and I’d buy it again if it ever goes on sale.

I feel it take like 3-12 months to notice a difference, if any at all. Physically, I have never really noticed a difference when taking either. I did have good results from a hair supplement awhile back. I haven’t noticed any focus getting better but I’m sure it needs more time.

Make sure you eat before taking these or you’ll feel lightheaded and nauseous. After taking these for a couple weeks I have noticed some changes. My mental clarity improved. I feel like everything was more clear. I was more focused and organized.

Sometimes I do forget, but after using them for a month, I saw a difference. However, when I first started, I didn't notice a difference it takes a while, so give it a month to kick in.
