I've only been taking it for a couple of weeks. I guess I have noticed that my loss of words have not been as bad as normal. I haven't finished the bottle yet so it'll be interesting to see if I see more improvement by the time I finish the bottle. I haven't noticed any kind of side effects. If they work the price point is good.

Alpha BRAIN can help you retain more information, improve concentration, memory, and reaction time. Among other ingredients, it also contains vitamin B6 and cat's claw. My symptoms are different; sometimes I feel very alert, but other times I feel mildly dizzy. I’ll keep trying it for couple more months.
