I bought one of these many years ago and it is a MUST HAVE. Most foam rollers are so dense and hard that it is too painful to use them. This roller provides just the right amount of density to help relieve muscle tension and remove lactic acid deposits (post-workout) without causing pain. I highly recommend this item for daily use, and it helps keep muscles from getting too tight in between massage appointments.
