Q: The new design is awful! It no longer glides but feels like sandpaper between my teeth. They shred and break before I am done flossing. Can you please return to the old design? Unfortunately, I’ll be finding a different option for now.

A: None of our flosses contain gluten. All of our flosses are made on designated lines so there is no chance of cross-contamination with gluten.

The same problems everyone is having. They shred, break, get pieces stuck in your teeth, and need multiple flossers to floss. I hate everything about these now. It's like flossing with a violin bow. Terrible.

These used to be my favorite floss picks. They were great. Unfortunately, they’ve now changed the floss and now they’re borderline unusable for me. They shred horribly. They don’t glide between my teeth well. I can’t believe these made it past quality control. Very disappointed.

These picks used to be great (they were strong and coated in a way that made the floss glide easily between teeth) but this batch is horrible. The floss shreds and breaks easily. I got a piece stuck between my teeth. I thought I got it out but now I have an abscess above the tooth where it got stuck so I can't help but wonder if the piece of floss contributed. I can not say for sure but I'd say there is a possibility. Even if a piece didn't get stuck, these are awful because they break after a few teeth and you would need to use multiple picks to floss all your teeth.

Been buying these for years!! They completely changed the floss. I won’t buy these again. I loved the old floss because it was thick. This is cheap, thin floss. Buy the cheapest version it’s probably better than this product. Really upset by this purchase, waste of money on a product I used to love.

The new formula is not good. The floss breaks easily and individual strings will get stuck in between your teeth. Sometimes it takes 2-3 plackers to finish flossing my teeth because the string keeps breaking. Oral B needs to bring back the old formula!!!

Oral-B Glide has changed their flosses. This new version is terrible. It’s almost like it’s missing the wax on the floss and it does not glide between your teeth. Do not waste your $$$. I will be switching brand.

Like many others have said, the old material was great and I was a loyal customer. The new type of floss shreds and gets stuck in teeth. It even pulled dental work completely loose and now I have to go to the dentist!

My wife and I have used the floss picks for a number of years with total satisfaction until recently. The floss easily shreds or breaks after cleaning a few teeth. My wife (who is visually impaired and found the floss sticks much easier to use than regular floss) has broken as many as 5 in one flossing). I usually break one completely and, almost always shred a strand or two every time I use them. I read that you changed the product but I urge you to change back and improve your R&D.

Yep, it's true what everyone is saying. They shred easily. The previous ones, I could use one floss pick per day or sometimes two days. I floss after every meal. These new ones, I'm lucky to finish flossing my teeth just once. They clearly want this to happen. They think this will generate more sales? I'll take my business elsewhere.
